Refund and Returns Policy Last updated: June 2026
1. Digital Products All products sold on studymonster.co.uk are digital goods — online courses and downloadable resources. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have already started accessing the content.
By purchasing and accessing a course or download, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to cancel under these regulations, as the digital content has been made available to you immediately.
2. Eligibility for a Refund We will issue a full refund if: you have not accessed any course content or downloaded any files; you contact us within 14 days of purchase; or there is a technical fault preventing you from accessing content that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
We will not issue a refund if: you have accessed course content or downloaded resources; you no longer need the material (e.g. after an exam); or you simply change your mind after accessing the content.
3. How to Request a Refund Email support@studymonster.co.uk with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
4. School Licences Refund requests for school or group licences are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.
5. Faulty or Inaccessible Content If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content you have purchased, contact us at support@studymonster.co.uk and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
